Jim Milner and his wife Sunya live in Grove City, Ohio. They have 3 children and 4 grandchildren. Jim has a pilot's license and enjoys the Sebring Airport and Raceway. He is a Pedorthist and owns Milner Shoes and Orthotic Systems in Columbus, Ohio. Jim is proud of his 30 years in Kiwanis. He is a past President, Secretary and Treasurer of the Hilltop Kiwanis Club. Mrs. Milner is a retired kindergarten teacher and at present is a reading tutor for Columbus City Schools.

With over 30+ years of business experience, he has been able to contribute a lot to Harder Hall Resort Club. His areas of expertise include reviewing financial statements, preparing budgets, and assisting the office with computers and software as well as being Webmaster for www.harderhall.com

Besides owning at Harder Hall, the Milner's also own a Marriott Timeshare in Orlando, Vacation Village in Kissimmee, FL. and Plantation Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. They visit Harder Hall about twice a year and enjoy shopping, swimming, sight seeing and eating at many of the great local restaurants. They also use their Harder Hall weeks to exchange into points through the R.C.I. system. Our vacations include the Bahamas, Hawaii, Aruba, Mexico, Canada and most states in the U.S.

  Jim said he will be happy to be on the Board for as long as he is needed. He loves Sebring and is always looking forward to visiting Harder Hall each year.

Lucy Prouty

Licensed Cosmetologist for 49 Years and own five unit weeks at Harder Hall!

Married to Donald for 47 years with two children and seven grandchildren. Has lived at Lake Zurich for 54 years.  In 1991 was appointed an Ela Township Trustee. In 2001 became Township Clerk. In 2005 became Township Supervisor and is now appointed to the State Board of Supervisors. She is responsible for 40,000 residents in seven villages. She is General and Emergency Assistance in the Township. She oversees new construction, cemeteries and directors of 3500 seniors.  She enjoys playing golf and has been coming to Harder Hall for many years.
