Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi: Enjoy our outdoor pool and jacuzzi located just behind the Front Office & Clubhouse. Swimming is not allowed in the lake directly behind our units. Reminder: Do not feed or harass the alligators in the lake. It is both dangerous and against the law!

Bicycles for children and adults are free of charge!

Fishing rods and tackle boxes are available at the Front Office free of charge. Due to State Laws, you are required to have a fishing license. A 7 day non-resident license may be purchased at our local Wal-Mart for approximately $17.00. Enjoy a day of fishing off the banks behind our villas or in the lake in our row boats.

Florida Law require life jackets in the row boats.

Row Boats and Paddle Boats are free of charge.

Come on down to our air conditioned fitness center free of charge and take advantage of our modern facility with the most popular work-out equipment. The Fitness Center is open during Front Office hours.
