Housekeeping
Everything will be in order for your arrival. Towel replacement is on Wednesdays at 10:00 am.

Small Children
& Handicapped
Cribs and highchairs, as well as handicapped shower accessories and toilet seats are available free of charge. Quantities are limited.
Misc. Supplies
We have a limited supply of blenders, crock pots, and other items for your convenience.
Laundry
Complimentary washer and dryer in each building. Your room key will unlock the door.
Additional laundry soap and softener are in the office for only 50 cents a box.
Trash Removal
All trash should be bagged, tied and placed in dumpster between our buildings.
Newspaper
The News Sun, Highlands Today, and The Tampa Tribune are found in front of Building 2.
Extra Charge
We must remind you that in an attempt to keep maintenance fees as low as possible, there will be a minimum of $50.00 charge for rooms requiring excessive cleaning.
